Ordering Information On-Line Orders (Downloads and/or CD-ROM)
All KIDware products can be ordered on-line and downloaded directly to your computer. This process is safe and secure and allows you to be using our products within a short time. Full documentation is provided with all downloaded titles and backup files are available upon request. To order on-line and download a product, click the 'Add Download To Cart' button on the desired product page. There are no shipping or handling charges for downloaded products. If you want to place an on-line order, but don't want to (or can't) download products to your computer, we can provide any KIDware product on CD-ROM. To order on-line and receive a CD-ROM via mail, click the 'Add CD-ROM To Cart' button on the desired product page. There is a shipping and handling charge of $2.00 for each CD-ROM ordered. On-line orders require
a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), an
electronic check or a PayPal funds transfer.
Our secure on-line ordering is handled by PayPal, the industry standard in payment processing.
You do not need a PayPal account to use our ordering system. If you place an order

Our on-line ordering system is safe and secure. If, however, you don't want to (or can't) use on-line ordering, you can also place your order using Mail, Phone, FAX or E-mail. Once we receive your order, products will be sent on CD-ROM. Your name Sales tax (8.9%) must be included with all Washington state orders. There is a shipping and handling charge of $2.00 for each CD-ROM ordered. Mail orders can be paid by check (US dollars drawn on a US bank), money order (US dollars) or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express - please include the card number and expiration date). Phone, FAX and E-mail orders require a credit card (again, include card number and expiration date). If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information via FAX or E-mail, state so with your order and we will phone you. We also accept purchase orders from public and private schools, government agencies and businesses. |
